The Kasserman is a 100-unit multi-family project in the Lower Highlands neighborhood of Denver, named for the historic moniker of the neighborhood and Denver’s first carpenter shop. The three-story project replaces an aging 1972 office building and surface parking lot that formerly covered roughly 60% of the parcel. Luxury building features include an on-site fitness studio, a leasing office, an outdoor roof deck with panoramic views of Downtown Denver and the Front Range mountains, a courtyard patio with multi-function game space and outdoor kitchen, a resident clubhouse, and a co-working space.
